I met with the media at the Cha Bar in Delhi. The questions ranged from - 'how does MBA train one to write fiction' to 'what do you think of Jarnail Singh's shoe'! Over several cups of tea - brewed/herbal/masala - and coffee - South India - I got to discuss Punjab, Bollywood's Punjabi stereotypes, Indian elections, the '84 riots... In the instances when the journos were well-informed, it made for a scintillating discussion.
