@ Chintan: My upcoming book, The Taj Conspiracy, is a thriller centered on the Taj Mahal. Extensive research over 5 years has provided me with insight into how vulnerable the monument is. The above is an articulation of a thought - albeit radical - to jolt us into actually seeing the Taj Mahal as it stands today.
Mudpacks aren't going to help the monument (one of the ASI's attempts to clean the marble), nor is the increasingly vitiated climate - political and physical. To know more, well, you'll have to read the book :)
