i never understood the stupidity of that logic... the guy is the one doing the crime, yet the girl must be deemed responsible because 'she was around'.. of course, now even manniquins are no longer safe in India so I guess theres no real point in saying anything. Really dont know how we can convert people's mindset towards logical thinking.
